IDR is seeking a PMO Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves supporting project management office functions, including coordination, planning, reporting, and data analysis within a dynamic organization focused on technology and business initiatives.
Position Overview for the PMO Analyst:
- Support PMO delivery through coordination, planning, control, reporting, and data analysis across budget, schedule, quality, and scope.
- Manage the PMO Project Budget and ITS Capital budget, including facilitation of approvals, budgeting, funding, forecasts, and actual analysis.
- Oversee portfolio management to ensure projects deliver on time, on budget, and with quality, following PMO methodology.
- Lead evaluation, prioritization, and sequencing of projects to align with organizational strategy, establishing governance processes.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, producing insights and decision-ready recommendations.
Requirements for the PMO Analyst:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5–7+ years of project/program management experience in a mid-size or large organization.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex programs or multi-project portfolios.
- Professional Certifications (Preferred but not required): PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications.
- ITIL, Prosci, or other change-management credentials are a plus.
