IDR is seeking an Epic Beaker Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Eagan, Minnesota. This role involves supporting laboratory information systems within an academic medical center environment, focusing on the configuration and optimization of Epic Beaker modules to enhance laboratory operations and clinical workflows.
this is a remote contract based role
Position Overview for the Epic Beaker Analyst:
- Provide consulting and implementation support for Epic Beaker laboratory information systems.
- Configure, optimize, and support Epic Beaker Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology modules.
- Collaborate with laboratory leadership, pathologists, clinicians, and IT teams to ensure system alignment with operational needs and regulatory standards.
- Translate laboratory workflows and requirements into effective Epic Beaker solutions.
- Support high-quality patient care through system configuration and ongoing support.
Requirements for the Epic Beaker Analyst:
- Valid Epic Beaker certification in Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP).
- Proven experience supporting Epic Beaker in an academic medical center or complex healthcare environment.
- Hands-on experience with Epic Beaker build, configuration, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of clinical pathology and anatomic pathology workflows and laboratory operations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate laboratory business requirements into Epic Beaker solutions.
