Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:

• Develop and deliver detailed financial presentations and reports tailored to leadership and stakeholders. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex analytical and operational challenges. • Conduct benchmarking and trend analysis to drive process improvements. • Create and maintain Excel-based models to support data reporting and financial planning. • Analyze managed care contracts to ensure financial optimization and compliance.

Required Skills for Financial Analyst:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience in a hospital or medical group setting. • Expertise with Excel and managed care analytics, including payer mix and contract performance. • Experience with PMPM analysis and specialty cost reporting. • Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD/Dx coding systems. • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for strategic initiatives.
