IDR is seeking a PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator (Microsoft Project) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Salem, OR. This role involves supporting a state government project within the healthcare sector, assisting with project scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project delivery.
Position Overview for the PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator (Microsoft Project):
- Support and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Assist with PMO functions including status reporting, meeting coordination, and action item tracking
- Manage RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Contribute to project documentation and stakeholder communications
- Track deliverables, milestones, and timelines across various project workstreams
Requirements for the PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator (Microsoft Project):
- 5+ years experience in a PMO Analyst / Project Coordinator role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting project scheduling, reporting, and PMO processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
