IDR is seeking a Compensation Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Alpharetta, GA. This role is within a dynamic organization focused on human resources and compensation operations, offering an environment where operational excellence and process optimization are key. The position provides an opportunity to lead compensation programs across multiple regions, ensuring fair and compliant pay practices.
Position Overview for the Compensation Manager:
- Manage and optimize compensation systems, tools, and processes across the US and Canada, with oversight for global activities including India.
- Lead salary band strategy, including development, updates, and governance, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal standards.
- Maintain and govern the job architecture framework, including role mapping, leveling criteria, and job catalog management.
- Oversee compensation operations such as bonus cycles, equity programs, and pay governance to ensure accuracy and readiness for audits.
- Partner with global stakeholders to enhance compensation practices, ensuring compliance and operational scalability.
Requirements for the Compensation Manager:
- 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards operations, with strong US compensation expertise.
- Ownership of compensation systems and tooling, including configuration, documentation, and access controls.
- Experience designing and governing salary bands and role-to-band mappings.
- Hands-on management of job architecture frameworks within HRIS or compensation tools.
- Proven ability to run audit-ready compensation reviews, approvals, and documentation.
