Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Business Analyst:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, transforming them into detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
Work closely with the Solutions Architect and Technical Analyst to ensure seamless handoff from business requirements to technical design.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to validate requirements and align expectations, maintaining organized documentation in Confluence and managing workflows through Jira.
Contribute to strengthening documentation processes and templates to enhance organizational consistency.
Required Skills for Senior Business Analyst:
Over 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise or multi-system environment.
Proficient in documenting requirements, workflows, and business processes using Confluence and Jira.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, ask clarifying questions, and drive alignment.
Basic understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flow concepts.
Experience in eCommerce, financial, or ERP-related projects is advantageous.
