IDR is seeking a ServiceNow Developer II to join one of our top clients for a 100% remote opportunity. The Developer will provide tools and resources necessary for implementation of processes utilizing industry best practices including but not limited to Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem management and Configuration Management. This individual will guide the integration and organizational adoption of ITIL best practices, standards, policies and controls.NO C2C
Position Overview for the ServiceNow Developer II:
- Develop and automate ServiceNow workflows to streamline IT operations and improve process efficiencies.
- Create visual reports and dashboards to support process and configuration management workflows.
- Utilize scripting and development within ServiceNow, including Business Rules, UI/Forms, Content Management, and Web Services.
- Apply SCRUM SDLC methodology to effectively manage workload and deliverables.
- Provide work direction to contract resources, ensuring project milestones are met.
- 3-6+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform and ITIL best practices.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow APIs like GlideRecord and GlideAjax, along with server/client-side scripting skills in JavaScript.
- Proficiency in scripting using JavaScript, with working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to diverse audiences.
