IDR is seeking a Benefits Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is within a dynamic HR and benefits team responsible for managing benefit-related data, compliance processes, and providing essential support for benefits administration in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview for the Benefits Support Analyst:
- Manage benefit-related data within Workday, performing audits to ensure accuracy and running reports to update information
- Act as a backup for the Retro deduction process and Leave of Absence (LOA) administration
- Provide backup support for FSA/HSA and 401k benefits administration
- Complete compliance forms such as QMSCOs and Medicare Requests for Employment Information
- Support the administration of Qualified Life Events (QLE) and new hire changes, ensuring timely responses to benefits inquiries
Requirements for the Benefits Support Analyst:
- Solid experience with Workday navigation and Benefits modules
- Experience with Zendesk ticketing system
- 1-2 years of Benefits Administration or HR-related experience
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., vlookups, pivot tables)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong customer service orientation
