IDR is seeking a IT Data Coordinator & Support Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Loveland, CO. This role combines data analytics responsibilities with IT help desk and systems support within a specialized medical environment. The company operates in the healthcare industry, supporting pathology and regulated environments, and offers a collaborative and stable work environment.
Position Overview for the IT Data Coordinator & Support Specialist:
- Provide data reporting, extracts, and dashboard support to internal teams.
- Assist with IT help desk and systems support, troubleshooting technical issues for end users.
- Manage and support relational database systems, including SQL and Excel data handling.
- Support both remote and on-site needs, including participation in after-hours on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure efficient data operations and end-user support.
Requirements for the IT Data Coordinator & Support Specialist:
- 2+ years experience working with raw data, reporting, or data coordination.
- Experience creating data extracts and reports.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL, Excel, CSV, and Power BI (strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (cloud + basic admin knowledge).
- IT Help Desk / technical support experience.
