Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Associate Researcher:
Collaborate with our client’s Global Research Operations team to ensure seamless execution of research studies, including scheduling and participant recruitment.
Assist in designing and setting up tests and surveys for playtests, ensuring they align with research requirements.
Conduct usability studies and playtests by moderating sessions, observing participants, and compiling actionable insights.
Support researchers in creating clear and concise research reports by compiling and analyzing results.
Facilitate group discussions with players and assist in the overall execution of user-tests, including setup and post-test clean-up.
Required Skills for Associate Researcher:
At least 6 months of experience in user research or group discussion moderation.
Familiarity with VALORANT or a strong understanding of its systems and language.
Proficiency with survey software such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or Question Pro.
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work in-person at our client’s Los Angeles office.
