IDR is seeking a PACS Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Palm Beach, FL. This role is with a leading healthcare organization involved in radiology and medical imaging services. The position focuses on supporting the enterprise PACS system during a critical transition phase.
Position Overview for the PACS Analyst:
- Provide application support for the Sectra PACS system to radiologists and clinical staff.
- Assist onsite during the migration from Change Healthcare/Optum to Sectra cloud-based imaging platform.
- Collaborate with radiology, IT, and vendor teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the healthcare organization’s imaging diagnostics and patient image management needs.
- Contribute to a smooth transition by delivering exceptional customer service and technical assistance.
Requirements for the PACS Analyst:
- 3-5 years of experience supporting locally hosted and/or web-based healthcare applications.
- Healthcare background required.
- Working knowledge of Radiology or Cardiology PACS systems and imaging diagnostics.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including issue discovery, troubleshooting, resolution, verification, and escalation when needed.
- Proven ability to collaborate directly with clinical staff, vendors, and internal IT teams to resolve application issues.
