Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
Develop and remediate advanced and complex matrix reports in Workday. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including HR, Payroll, Labor, and Legal, to support ongoing data pulls and reporting needs. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver outputs such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Work within a structured environment, adhering to specific action items and deadlines. Participate in a 77-week contract with potential extensions.
Required Skills for Business Analyst:
Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting. Proven expertise in building and troubleshooting advanced reports in Workday. Strong experience in creating complex matrix reports. Familiarity with Workday Business Objects and reporting structure. Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders across various business functions.
