IDR is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for end users in a secure, state government environment. The organization is undergoing technological upgrades and offers opportunities for full-time conversion after six months.
Position Overview for the Helpdesk Analyst :
- Provide computer hardware and software support to end users.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond promptly to support requests via phone, email, and personnel interactions.
- Document, track, and monitor problems ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
Requirements for the Helpdesk Analyst :
- Experience with Active Directory and VPNs.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware on PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Knowledge of imaging software such as SCCM and experience with Windows 10 and 11.
- Strong customer service skills and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to lift 20-30 lbs regularly and work 100% onsite.
