IDR is seeking a IT Support Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. This role supports the legal sector by providing technical assistance to attorneys and staff, focusing on applications and end-user device management. The position offers a great chance to apply your support skills in a fast-paced, impactful environment with ongoing contractual opportunities.
Position Overview for the IT Support Specialist:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming IT requests and manage ticket triage effectively.
- Support end user computing needs, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining standard desktop and laptop images.
- Collaborate with IT teams and end users to deliver secure, reliable end-user device solutions.
- Support user training and documentation to ensure responsible use of technology.
Requirements for the IT Support Specialist:
- High school diploma with at least 3 years’ experience in a help desk, support, legal assistant or similar role.
- At least three years of recent relevant experience in IT desktop support.
- Experience supporting users in a legal environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise software deployment.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and end-user device management.
