The NOC Technician will make skilled assessments and perform technical analysis of problems and outages as they occur across the Enterprise to evaluate/isolate root cause. The position will also document and escalate Tier 2 and Tier 3 critical alerts to the appropriate tech support group.
Required Skills for the NOC Technician:
- 2+ experience working as a NOC or Data Center Technician
- Experience installing and racking server and network-based equipment
- Experience escalating Tier II and Tier III alerts to the appropriate tech support group
- Experience providing technical support for end-users, over the phone, through email and chat
