IDR is seeking a Security Administrator to join one of our top clients in Fort Worth, TX. If you are looking for a potential long-term opportunity to work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today!Position Overview for the Security Administrator: This entry level contractor role supports the Cybersecurity team by performing foundational operational tasks under close guidance from senior analysts. The contractor will monitor and review security alerts using SIEM and other security tools, review logs from firewalls, IDS and IPS, antivirus, and endpoint protection platforms, and investigate suspected phishing emails. Findings are documented and escalated using established procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience working in a Security Admin role
- 1+ years of hands-on experience cybersecurity principles, threats, vulnerabilities, and incident
- Familiarity with Security tools such as SIEM, antivirus, endpoint protection and email security platforms
- Flexibility to support continuous security operations, including rotating evening or overnight shifts during the World Cup period from June 11 through July 19, 2026
