Position Overview/Responsibilities for the People Technology Consultant (Oracle HCM Consultant):

• Conduct a thorough evaluation of the Oracle HCM system, focusing on configuration, design, and structure across Core HR, Time and Absence, and Compensation modules. • Develop and present a comprehensive roadmap for system improvements, prioritizing based on business impact and technical complexity. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities. • Facilitate discovery sessions and document findings, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. • Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making processes with strategic insights and recommendations.

Required Skills for People Technology Consultant (Oracle HCM Consultant):

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM in implementation, configuration, or consulting roles. • Proven expertise in Core HR, Time and Absence, and Compensation modules, with a deep understanding of data model relationships and complex configurations. • Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into executive-ready recommendations. • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and building consensus.
