Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Communications Specialist (Part-time): Develop and maintain effective communication channels to support store operations. Research, create, and distribute various communication materials, including Business Planner Updates and special editions. Collaborate with team members to produce engaging content such as audio messages and videos to enhance team member experience. Act as a liaison to gather feedback from the field and share insights on marketing events and product launches. Manage and update content on the intranet to ensure stores have access to current information.
Required Skills for Communications Specialist (Part-time): Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, management, or store operations. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Adobe PDF and Excel. Strong written and oral communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
