IDR is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Longmont, Colorado. This company operates within the financial services industry, providing payroll and benefits administration solutions. The role offers a fully remote work environment, supporting the client’s payroll operations with focus on accuracy and compliance.

Position Overview for the Payroll Specialist:

• Manage and process payroll for employees working with USD and CAN currencies.
• Utilize Workforce Now and Empower platforms to ensure precise payroll and 401k processing.
• Handle state taxing, unemployment, and payroll tax compliance across multiple states.
• Participate in ADP Year End processing, including 401k catch-up contributions.
• Conduct eTime auditing related to workers’ compensation, DOL, and unemployment reports.

Requirements for the Payroll Specialist:

• Experience working with USD and CAN currency.
• Workforce Now experience.
• Experience using Empower (401k platform).
• Strong understanding of state taxing (unemployment and payroll taxes).
• Experience with ADP Year End processing and eTime auditing.
