IDR is seeking a IT Enterprise Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, GA. This role is within a government agency's IT department, focusing on business analysis and system testing to support critical revenue operations. The organization values detail-oriented professionals who can drive process improvements and ensure software quality.

Position Overview for the IT Enterprise Business Analyst:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT systems.
Develop, execute, and document test cases to ensure software quality and system reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project delivery.
Support system testing best practices and methodologies to meet project standards.
Assist in the automation of test processes and reporting test execution results efficiently.

Requirements for the IT Enterprise Business Analyst:

Proficient in system testing best practices and methodologies.
Strong aptitude for understanding software requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
Hands-on experience with developing and executing test automation.
At least three years of experience with Tosca test automation.
Preferred certifications such as Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist (AS) Level 1 or 2 are a plus.
Proficient in developing, documenting, and organizing test cases and with reporting test execution results.
Proficient in analytical problem solving and critical thinking.
