IDR is seeking Government Business Development to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO. This role focuses on expanding the government architecture vertical within a well-established firm, leveraging extensive industry experience to build strategic relationships and grow market presence. It’s a senior-level position designed for a relationship-driven professional committed to delivering impactful projects and fostering long-term client partnerships.
Position Overview for the Government Business Development
- Lead business development efforts in the government architecture sector within the Denver market.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with public-sector clients, including government agencies and municipalities.
- Develop strategies to win new government projects and expand the firm’s presence in public-sector markets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver client-focused solutions and secure project opportunities.
- Influence government decision-makers and navigate complex bureaucratic environments to achieve growth objectives.
Requirements for the Government Business Development
- 10–20 years of experience in Architecture, Government Architecture, or related business development.
- Professional Licensure in Architecture.
- Experience in Government Architecture projects.
- Government-focused business development or client relationship management experience.
- Ability to navigate complex government bureaucracies and influence stakeholders.
