IDR is seeking a Support Tech to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX. This role involves providing back-end support for enterprise-level systems within a utility services environment. The position offers a chance to work with an organization dedicated to operational excellence and system integrity.
Position Overview for the Support Tech:
- Provide back-end support for Austin Energy’s Safety Incident Management System (Cority) and other enterprise functions
- Perform routine administrative functions, assist in user administration, review and create workflows
- Conduct frequent quality control and troubleshooting functions to ensure system reliability
- Engage in report-writing to access and deliver meaningful data from back-end databases
- Support the creation of job aids and user documentation to facilitate system usability
Requirements for the Support Tech:
- 8+ years of experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration, workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting
- 8+ years of experience in using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system
- 1+ year of experience in creating job aids and user/admin documentation for enterprise technology systems
- 3+ years of experience in using the Cority GX2 platform specifically
- 3+ years of experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support
