IDR is seeking a Digital Implementation Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role involves collaborating with IT teams and marketing stakeholders to design, implement, and verify digital analytics solutions across web and mobile platforms. The company operates within the digital analytics and marketing technology industry, focusing on optimizing digital strategies through data-driven insights.

Position Overview for the Digital Implementation Specialist:

Work primarily with multiple IT teams to design, implement, test, and verify digital analytics solutions
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and related metrics for new products, site enhancements, and redesigns
Interface with business and marketing managers to provide digital analytics support for web strategies and initiatives
Design, implement, and test analytics via Adobe Analytics on web, mobile apps, and offline data sources
Ensure analytics implementations adhere to standardized documentation and quality standards

Requirements for the Digital Implementation Specialist:

Minimum 2+ years experience in digital analytics, with at least 2 years specifically with Adobe Analytics
Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, project management, marketing, communications, or information systems
Proven ability to create analytics implementation documents and see projects through to completion
Ability to read basic HTML and write Javascript for Adobe Launch
Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills with the ability to independently meet multiple project deadlines
