IDR is seeking a SharePoint Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, TN. This role involves working within a leading organization in the technology and collaboration solutions industry, focusing on developing and maintaining SharePoint Online and related Office 365 tools. The position offers the chance to collaborate with various business owners and technical teams to deliver efficient workflow and content management solutions.
Position Overview for the SharePoint Analyst:
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Web Services and Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Forms, Stream, Power Apps & Flow, Excel, SQL, and Nintex Forms & Workflow.
- Collaborate with business owners to gather requirements for developing workflow forms and applications.
- Develop, test, analyze, and maintain software applications throughout their lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot issues, document root causes, and implement fixes in collaboration with team resources.
- Ensure solutions are functional across devices such as remote, browser, and mobile platforms.
Requirements for the SharePoint Analyst:
- Experience in Office 365 suite of tools, including SharePoint Online, Groups, and Teams.
- Experience with data analysis using Power BI, Excel Pivot Tables, HTML, CSS, and similar tools.
- Ability and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Have a can-do attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, plus a minimum of 4 years of job-related experience.
