This company specializes in retail technology, focusing on delivering innovative customer-facing platforms across web, mobile, and call center channels. The role involves leading strategic initiatives to modernize and optimize retail technology solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Position Overview for the Sr Director of Customer Applications:
- Leads the strategy, delivery, and evolution of customer-facing retail technology platforms across web, mobile, and call center channels.
- Partners closely with business and technology leaders to prioritize initiatives and modernize application architecture.
- Delivers secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions aligned with a multi-year roadmap.
- Accountable for customer satisfaction, system availability, project execution, and vendor partnerships.
- Develops and manages high-performing teams focused on driving business outcomes.
Requirements for the Sr Director of Customer Applications:
- 10+ years of experience specific to systems planning, design, and implementation.
- Proven management and leadership skills for large, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and executing multi-year plans for customer applications.
- Strong strategic thinking and project management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
