IDR is seeking a SSO Admin to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. This role is within a technology-focused organization that specializes in identity and access management solutions, providing innovative services to secure digital environments.
Looking for single-sign on and IAM (identity and access mgmt) experience
Position Overview for the SSO Admin:
- Managing various aspects of identity and access management, with a focus on the SSO platform
- Handling intake requests and incident management related to user access and authentication issues
- Improving certificate management, logging, monitoring, and developing dashboards for security insights
- Collaborating on expanding and tuning the PingOne Protect application alongside security teams to detect and understand threats
- Automating processes via PingCentral, onboarding self-service options for customers, and working with QA on automation scripts
Requirements for the SSO Admin:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in IAM and SSO administration
- Familiarity with the Ping Identity Software suite (PingOne, PingProtect, PingFed) or other IAM products
- Experience with MFA setups, resets, and partner integrations with Service Desk
- Knowledge of IAM integrations with Entra and federation trust between Ping and Entra
- Working knowledge of user experience issues related to Active Directory, networking, and DevOps, such as lockouts and login errors
