Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Contract Specialist:
Create and manage contract documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Facilitate the routing of contracts for signatures, both internally and externally. Enter and track contracts in systems such as Edison and BCMS, maintaining up-to-date records. Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling inquiries. Participate in both in-person and virtual meetings, contributing to team discussions and decisions.
Required Skills for Contract Specialist:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience. At least four years of professional administrative experience in a similar role. Proficiency in using standard office equipment and software, with strong typing skills. Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
