IDR is seeking a Project Manager (Systems Transformation and Integration) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role involves leading a critical transformation project focused on integrating legacy loan systems into a modern credit servicing platform, supporting the company’s expansion in Dallas’s real estate debt servicing operations. The position requires a senior-level project management professional with strong financial services experience, particularly in mortgage or asset-backed loan servicing.

Position Overview for the Project Manager (Systems Transformation and Integration):

Owns the end-to-end transformation of the debt-servicing platform, including migration, system integration, data accuracy, and operational readiness.
Acts as a senior technical program or product-driven project manager, leading the full lifecycle of system replacement or integration projects.
Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages requirements, architecture review, testing, and go-live processes.
Ensures data quality, mappings, transformations, and validation are thoroughly managed for risk mitigation.
Engages stakeholders and manages change to ensure smooth operations during the platform transition.

Requirements for the Project Manager (Systems Transformation and Integration):

10+ years of experience in financial services, specifically mortgage servicing, asset-backed finance, or loan servicing platforms.
Proven track record leading large-scale system replacements or integrations within the financial services industry.
Ability to review and challenge system architecture, APIs, data models, and functionality, with Jira-savvy experience in Epic and Story decomposition.
Strong understanding of servicing workflows such as settlements, remittances, cash consolidation, and operational processes.
Excellent communication skills with demonstrated change management and stakeholder alignment experience.
