IDR is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role is within a leading organization in the retail and consumer services industry, focusing on designing and executing pricing strategies to enhance profit margins and customer acquisition. The position offers an exciting chance to influence business growth through advanced analytics and strategic decision-making.
Position Overview for the Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy:
- Leads pricing strategy and execution for the residential business, driving margin performance and customer growth across multiple brands
- Partners cross-functionally to design, analyze, and implement acquisition and retention pricing initiatives using advanced analytics and financial modeling
- Delivers deep performance insights, challenges existing approaches, and guides strategic pricing decisions in a dynamic, competitive environment
- Manages and mentors a team of analysts and collaborates with key stakeholders to optimize pricing frameworks
- Utilizes data manipulation, modeling, and visualization tools to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making
Requirements for the Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy:
- 8+ years of experience in a strategy pricing
- 3+ years of applying FP&A (or similar) to build forward-looking pricing and margin models
- 2+ years of experience in a management level with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite and PowerBI
