IDR is seeking a Project Manager – pLTE to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Amarillo, Texas. This role is in the telecommunications industry, focusing on cellular and RAN deployment projects critical to network infrastructure improvements. It offers the chance to lead large-scale tower and network expansion initiatives with a dedicated team.
Position Overview for the Project Manager – pLTE:
- Oversee cellular and RAN deployment projects from planning through completion
- Manage on-site teams, including union and contract workers, to meet project objectives
- Coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and third-party providers for timely execution
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and report status to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve workforce, workflow, and operational challenges
Requirements for the Project Manager – pLTE:
- Experience managing large-scale cellular or RAN deployment projects
- Skilled in coordinating union and contract labor to ensure project completion
- Knowledge of cellular network infrastructure and wireless communications
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and tracking abilities
- Ability to resolve workforce and workflow challenges efficiently
