IDR is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, Tennessee. This role focuses on leading complex data and analytics projects within a manufacturing and distribution environment, supporting enterprise initiatives and international expansions. The organization is known for its focus on automotive maintenance products and serves a wide range of automotive and industrial customers.

Position Overview for the Senior IT Project Manager:

Lead multiple concurrent, cross-functional IT projects, primarily in data and analytics, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact for leadership, stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
Drive project scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks proactively, connecting delays to overall project impact.
Improve visibility into workload, capacity, and project health to support strategic planning and execution.
Support the Data & Analytics team with project tracking, capacity planning, and delivery enablement within Agile frameworks.

Requirements for the Senior IT Project Manager:

7+ years of IT Project Management experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication skills with experience influencing and aligning stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of holding teams and stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
Ability to proactively identify risks and clearly communicate potential impacts.
