IDR is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst for one of our top clients in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on requirements gathering, process mapping, SQL/data analysis, reporting, testing support, and serving as a liaison between business and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst or similar role
Strong SQL skills with experience in data analysis and data modeling
Technical background with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or Java
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and document business needs, ensuring alignment with goals
Participate in design discussions, providing technical insights and solution feasibility guidance
Analyze data, reporting, and system interactions to support business decisions and change requests
Support testing, implementation, and post-production activities to ensure successful delivery
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
Identify risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities, promoting best practices
