IDR is seeking a Senior Campaign Developer (ESP Migration and Modernization) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role involves supporting the migration of enterprise-scale email, SMS, and push campaigns from Adobe Campaign Classic to a modern ESP platform, focusing on automation, personalization, and cross-channel orchestration within a retail or loyalty marketing environment.
Position Overview for the Senior Campaign Developer (ESP Migration and Modernization):
- Lead the rebuild and modernization of email, SMS, and push campaigns during the migration process from Adobe Campaign Classic to Zeta.
- Support phased migration activities including parallel runs, data/content validation, and cutover execution to ensure seamless transition.
- Own the implementation and validation of Movable Ink integrations across migrated campaigns, including troubleshooting and support during peak sends.
- Design and develop new automated triggers and customer journeys to enhance personalization and operational efficiency.
- Implement multi-channel orchestration, ensuring coordinated messaging across email, SMS, and push notifications, with fallback and routing logic.
Requirements for the Senior Campaign Developer (ESP Migration and Modernization):
- 7+ years of enterprise ESP/Campaign Development experience, with familiarity in migration projects.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic workflows, schema-driven campaign logic, and SQL usage within ACC.
- Strong experience with Zeta platform, including journey orchestration, triggered and batch messaging, identity handling, and suppression logic.
- Deep knowledge of Movable Ink, including implementation with enterprise ESPs, dynamic content rules, fallbacks, and troubleshooting during peak periods.
- Proven ability to translate complex ACC workflows into scalable Zeta campaigns and journeys, supporting phased migration and parallel runs.
