IDR is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role offers the chance to lead innovative software development initiatives within a forward-thinking organization in the technology industry. The position involves a mix of technical leadership, application design, and development in a dynamic environment.

Position Overview for the Lead Software Engineer:

• Responsible for providing technical leadership in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications.
• Acts as a subject matter expert in software engineering best practices, including front-end UI & UX, APIs & microservices, schema development, and SecDevOps.
• Mentors and trains other engineers on technical and analytical skills.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand requirements and support system enhancement projects.
• Explores emerging technologies to anticipate industry trends and disruptions.

Requirements for the Lead Software Engineer:

• 4+ years of full stack development experience.
• Front end: React OR Angular OR Javascript.
• Back end: NET Core OR Java.
• Ability to lead and execute technical initiatives across multiple systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
