Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Physician Recruitment Coordinator:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process by assisting with candidate tracking, screening, and status updates. Coordinate new hire documentation, including offer letters and onboarding materials, ensuring all credentialing paperwork is completed on time. Maintain professional communication with physician candidates and internal stakeholders, upholding strict confidentiality and accurate record-keeping. Assist in developing and implementing proactive recruitment strategies and coordinate advertising efforts to attract qualified candidates. Step in to support screening calls or sourcing candidates as needed, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Required Skills for Physician Recruitment Coordinator:

Minimum of 1 year of recent, relevant experience in healthcare, recruiting coordination, HR, or credentialing. Experience in supporting physician or clinical recruitment is highly desirable. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
