Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Data & Activation Engineer (ESP Migration Enablement):

  • Lead the validation and mapping of data structures from Adobe Campaign Classic to Zeta, ensuring audience parity and resolving discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to troubleshoot data issues and maintain activation correctness and identity governance post-migration.

  • Oversee customer identity resolution, ensuring opt-in, opt-out, and preference data accuracy across channels.

  • Prepare and validate customer attributes and event data for personalization, triggered journeys, and lifecycle messaging.

  • Reconcile performance data and support executive-ready explanations of performance changes.

Required Skills for Senior Marketing Data & Activation Engineer (ESP Migration Enablement):

  • Proven experience in leading migrations between email/marketing platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Zeta.

  • Strong understanding of audience validation, suppression logic, and schema mapping.

  • Experience with customer identity resolution and preference data management.

  • Proficiency in SQL and API integration work.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and validate event data for personalization and lifecycle messaging.
