IDR is seeking a Senior Technology Product Owner – CRM to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Gallatin, TN. This role will lead the strategy and roadmap for enterprise CRM platforms, partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive adoption and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate brings strong product ownership experience within CRM ecosystems in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Position Overview for the Senior Technology Product Owner – CRM:

Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for CRM platforms supporting sales and marketing teams
Partner with executive stakeholders to gather needs, prioritize initiatives, and align delivery to business goals
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value, drive outcomes, and support release execution
Establish product KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure performance, adoption, and business impact
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and business teams to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery tradeoffs

Requirements for the Senior Technology Product Owner – CRM:

4+ years of product ownership/product management experience supporting enterprise business applications
Hands-on experience owning and enhancing CRM platforms, including strong Salesforce experience
Experience partnering with senior/VP-level stakeholders and translating business needs into product direction
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog refinement and prioritization
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
