IDR is seeking a Interim IT Director to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role is within the enterprise technology sector, focusing on overseeing critical systems and security compliance. The organization is looking for a strategic leader to ensure operational stability during a transitional period.
Position Overview for the Interim IT Director:
- Lead enterprise systems and services operations during the interim period, ensuring stability, compliance, and strategic alignment across identity, access, and enterprise systems.
- Oversee IAM programs ensuring security and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to ensure seamless operations and strategic objectives are met.
- Manage incident response, audits, and financial aspects related to IT systems.
- Maintain a focus on risk management, vendor oversight, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements for the Interim IT Director:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems
- 5+ years of leadership experience in IT management
- Strong incident, audit, and financial management skills
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile methodologies; excellent communication skills
