IDR is seeking an IT Change Manager to join one of our top clients in Brentwood, TN. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing the Change Management process to ensure seamless implementation of changes with minimal risk and disruption. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Change Manager:

  • Manage the complete Change Management process, including standard, normal, and emergency changes, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational policies.

  • Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and vendors to ensure successful change implementation and continuous improvement in change processes.

  • Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring proper approvals and compliance with governance standards.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for change processes and policies, while identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and automation.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to change management, generating reports and dashboards to track performance and compliance.

Required Skills for IT Change Manager:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Change Management with a strong understanding of the ITIL framework and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Change Management modules and excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • ITIL v4 Certification is a plus, along with System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification.

  • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments is advantageous.
