Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Representative (Phoenix, AZ):

Collaborate with our client's team to manage manual and electronic healthcare payment postings. Interpret and apply knowledge of EOBs, EFTs, ERAs, COB, and 835 files to ensure accurate payment processing. Resolve complex denial issues and reconcile unapplied payments efficiently. Utilize EMR systems such as Interactant (HCS) and WellSky for payment posting tasks. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial transactions.

Required Skills for Accounts Receivable Representative (Phoenix, AZ):

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare payment posting. Proficiency in using Excel and data reconciliation tools. Strong analytical skills to interpret remittance advice and validate payment applications. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with billers, collectors, and payers. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
