Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Representative (Nashville, TN): Collaborate with our client's team to manage manual and electronic healthcare payment postings. Interpret and apply EOBs, EFTs, ERAs, COB, and 835 files accurately. Resolve complex denial issues and reconcile unapplied payments efficiently. Utilize Interactant (HCS), WellSky, or similar EMR systems for payment processing. Engage in a 1-year contract with potential for extension, working closely with a team of 8.

Required Skills for Accounts Receivable Representative (Nashville, TN): Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare payment posting. Proficiency in Excel and data reconciliation tools. Strong analytical skills to interpret remits and ensure accurate application. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with billers, collectors, and payers. Ability to work independently and suggest improvements to internal processes.
