Position Overview for the Senior Product Manager:
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and OKRs for your product area within the healthcare technology space.
- Drive product outcomes that solve critical healthcare business problems across multiple applications and user groups.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex healthcare challenges into actionable product solutions.
- Build strong relationships and influence teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of healthcare products.
- Prioritize initiatives, features, and improvements to maximize impact and value for users and the business.
Requirements for the Senior Product Manager:
- 10+ years in Product Management, owning requirements, user stories, and outcome-driven delivery
- Proven ability to prioritize backlogs, manage defects, and lead story mapping and sprint planning activities
- Expertise in product discovery and strategy, including user research, stakeholder interviews, and problem definition
- Experience partnering closely with engineering, UX, and research teams
- Highly data-driven, with hands-on experience defining and tracking OKRs and using product analytics to guide decisions
