IDR is seeking a Workstation Technician to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in healthcare technology support, providing essential troubleshooting and maintenance for workstations and peripherals within a hospital setting. The company is a leader in healthcare technology solutions, dedicated to improving patient care through innovative IT services.

Position Overview for the Workstation Technician:

• Perform break/fix operations, PC and printer refreshes, and troubleshooting within a hospital environment
• Support a variety of devices including hand scanners, e-sig pads, tap–n-gos, zebra printers, HP printers, iPhones, and iPads
• Utilize ServiceNow to document and manage incidents and service requests
• Work on-site in a dynamic healthcare facility, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Collaborate with medical staff and IT teams to maintain optimal workstation performance

Requirements for the Workstation Technician:

• 2-3 years of experience working in a hospital environment
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident management
• Knowledge of Epic electronic health record system
• Experience troubleshooting handheld scanners, printers, and mobile devices
• Excellent communication skills
