IDR is seeking a Production Designer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role supports the development and technical production of creative materials for various marketing and campaign needs within a dynamic organization in the creative industry. The position involves collaborating with creative and production teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
Position Overview for the Production Designer:
- Provide creative support for the development and technical production of materials related to business priorities, event support, and core/campaign needs
- Assist the creative team through design development, technical execution, and project management
- Serve as a functional production designer for design projects including marketing collateral, advertising, presentations, and publications
- Coordinate with print buyers and operations teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of materials
- Handle rush design requests and manage complex projects with technical design requirements
Requirements for the Production Designer:
- 4+ years of experience in the creative space
- Proficient in current design software and technology applications including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
- Experience in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote
- Candidates with a bachelor's degree in production art, graphic design, advertising, or a related field will get first preference
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with flexible coordination
