IDR is seeking a WebEOC / EOC Application Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves managing and supporting WebEOC applications within a critical infrastructure environment. The organization specializes in transportation and government emergency management solutions.
Position Overview for the WebEOC / EOC Application Administrator:
- Administer and support WebEOC / EOC systems in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.
- Participate in migration efforts toward WebEOC NexUs and support system upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user provisioning, incident configuration, and roles.
- Manage and maintain system integrations, plugins, and mapping tools.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure system reliability and assist with incident management deployment.
Requirements for the WebEOC / EOC Application Administrator:
- 3+ years of experience in .NET software development.
- 3+ years of experience in HTML and JavaScript for board creation, editing, troubleshooting, and code updates.
- 2 years of hands-on experience administering Juvare WebEOC V10 and familiarity with supporting migration to WebEOC NexUs.
