IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Minneapolis, MN. This role involves leading complex projects within a high-accountability environment, ensuring efficient execution across various functions. The organization operates within an industry focused on innovation and operational excellence.
Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Lead end-to-end RFP processes, including shaping requirements, evaluating vendors, and managing submissions
- Apply Agile practices pragmatically while ensuring project milestones are met
- Review, negotiate, and administer contracts with accountability for accuracy and risk mitigation
- Operate with significant autonomy, making decisions with a high level of responsibility
- Lead meetings confidently with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end RFP processes, including shaping requirements, evaluating vendors, and managing complex submissions
- Deep understanding of Agile methodology with the ability to apply Agile practices pragmatically
- Demonstrated experience reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts with high accountability for accuracy and risk mitigation
- Comfortable operating in a role with significant autonomy, decision-making power, and elevated expectations—comparable to PM responsibilities at top organizations
- Capable of confidently leading meetings with any audience, including senior leadership, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders

Compensation Details: $85-88/hr W2
