IDR is seeking a Technology Curriculum Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality training content for employees, customers and partners. The organization is a leader in innovative technology solutions, focusing on platform deployment and user enablement.

Position Overview for the Technology Curriculum Developer:

Design, develop, and maintain engaging training content for ServiceNow’s Security Operations platform
Create diverse learning materials, including instructor-led modules, on-demand videos, simulations, assessments, and job aids
Collaborate with product experts and cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical training scenarios
Support release planning activities and update courseware for new platform features and emerging AI capabilities
Ensure consistency and quality standards across all training materials, including interactive content for Generative AI and Agentic AI learning

Requirements for the Technology Curriculum Developer:

7+ years of building education curriculum and content development with strong instructional design principles
3+ years experience participating in customer-facing education development projects
Experience providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders while influencing project outcomes
Experience in graphics, templates, icons, and multimedia throughout the instructional design and eLearning development process
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications (word, excel, powerpoint) and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise)
