This role is pivotal in designing and enhancing the security framework within Workday, focusing on Finance, Supply Chain, and enterprise operations. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday Security Architect:
Design, implement, and maintain the Workday security framework across various enterprise functions. Oversee tenant security, including provisioning workflows, role governance, and periodic audits. Collaborate with Workday SMEs and internal security teams to ensure compliant access models. Support Workday-related integrations, particularly those tied to Finance and Supply Chain. Partner with Identity & Access Management teams to align security with enterprise identity strategies.
Required Skills for Workday Security Architect:
3+ years of experience in Workday Security or administration with a focus on role design and domain security. Experience with Workday Finance or Supply Chain modules or integrations. Background in IT security, identity management, or access governance. Ability to translate complex security requirements into scalable Workday configurations. Preferred: Workday Security certification and experience in Healthcare environments.
