Position Overview for the Field Applications Engineer :
We are seeking a versatile Field Engineering to partner directly with the Product Team for our custom hardware and electronics across the different venues. This role bridges the gap between field operations/customers (venues) and internal engineering/technical teams, ensuring our products deliver top performance and continually improve over time.
Required Top Skills for the Field Applications Engineer :
- 3+ years experience as a Field Engineer, traveling to different locations/venues to identify needs/issues.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Support, Project Management, etc.
- Partner directly with venue operations and customer engineering teams to install, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware and system integrations on-site.
- Prior experience producing quick-turn CAD drawings, mechanical layouts, wiring diagrams, and specification documents to accelerate installation readiness and support product iteration.
- Strong background across Hardware support, Quality, and Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical, etc)
