IDR is seeking a Project Manager (Contact Center Software) to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, OC
The Project Manager (Contact Center Software) will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects focused on contact center technology integration within a healthcare environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and upgrade of CXOne and Salesforce platforms, delivering solutions that enhance patient and provider experiences. The company operates within the healthcare industry, emphasizing innovation and operational efficiency.
Position Overview for the Project Manager (Contact Center Software):
- Lead the end-to-end management of CXOne and Salesforce projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives, regulatory standards, and patient/provider needs.
- Oversee project timelines, scope, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Apptio/TargetProcess, and ServiceNow to track progress.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements for the Project Manager (Contact Center Software):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in healthcare or a related industry (3+ years may be considered).
- Proven track record managing CXOne and Salesforce projects.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, CRM, and contact center technologies.
- Strong understanding of CXOne and Salesforce architecture, APIs, and integration methods.
